Fee Schedule

SMU Associates works on a contingency basis.  If the insurance funds are not recovered there is no charge to the facility.

SMU’s fees are based upon the dollars collected from the various Medicaid payors.  This contingency fee includes the following services:

• Verification of eligibility prior to claim submission
• Obtaining provider numbers
• Clean claim submission
• Follow-up
• Reimbursement maximization
